SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer returns to UK customers only !

You may return items for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is confirmed, it must reach the given address within 14 days.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded.
The cost of shipping is not included in the refund. The customer is fully responsible for covering all shipping charges when returning an item and should send the item via tracked delivery as we will not be liable if it goes missing.
The item must be unwashed, unscented, undamaged and unworn with all of the original tags and packaging. If these criteria are not met then we have the right to refuse your return.
We recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company.

UK shipping is £8.00 DPD next day (1-2)
Free UK shipping on orders over £100.
Worldwide shipping is £13 but rates may vary on location.
Free worldwide shipping when spending £130 or more.
We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery.
Once orders are dispatched they are out of our control, it is the customers responsibility to be present to receive the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER UPON ARRIVAL

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and dispatch if preordering any goods or exclusive drops.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and a tracking number.
After your items have shipped please allow 1-2 working days (3 max) for your items to arrive for domestic orders & an additional 5-10 working days for international shipments.

Before wear, please run your new garments through a cold wash. Orders are dispatched straight after manufacturing and as a result of the treatments used on the prints, they may have a strong scent.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund of the item but shipping is non refundable. Please cancel your order before it has be dispatched to avoid any extra charges and delays. if you wish to cancel your order please make sure to email as soon as possible.
Same Day South London delivery costs £15 and one of our drivers will get to you within that same day. Be sure to contact us to arrange a time that suites you. anything outside of our delivery area will cost extra and should what’s app us first on: 07448377012
Collections Points in West Norwood(SE27) and Clapham(SW4) once you have placed your order for collection, you will be contacted via what's app or call to arrange a date and time to Collect.
